These terms apply when you play BRINXO (the “Game”) or use this website, provided by the BRINXO team (“we”, “us”). By playing the Game you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Game.
1. The Game
BRINXO is free to play for personal, non-commercial entertainment. We may add, change or remove features, modes and content at any time, and we don’t guarantee the Game will always be available or error-free.
2. Fair play
Please keep the Game fun for everyone. You agree not to:
- use bots, scripts, automation or modified clients to play or to change scores;
- tamper with saved data or game traffic to obtain scores you didn’t earn;
- interfere with, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Game or its services;
- copy, reverse-engineer or redistribute the Game, except where the law expressly allows it.
Scores and statistics are for entertainment only and have no monetary value.
3. Our content
The Game, including its code, design, artwork, sounds, name and logo, belongs to us and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a personal, revocable, non-transferable licence to play it — nothing more.
4. Advertising and third parties
The Game may show ads provided by third parties (such as Google or the game portal you play on). We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or websites. When you play on a game portal or install the app from an app store, that platform’s terms also apply.
5. Disclaimer
The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. The Game is entertainment and is not an educational assessment or a measure of intelligence.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of saved progress, arising from your use of the Game. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
7. Changes and termination
We may update these terms; the “last updated” date above will change when we do. Continuing to play after an update means you accept the new terms. We may suspend access for anyone who breaks them.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the BRINXO team is established, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
